I have been going to this place for nearly 30 years.. it's family owned and so friendly . The best place to eat in Alexandria if you ask me. The atmosphere is like everyone knows one another and every single time I have gone, every single person, whether they were a waiter or cashier, was super nice and friendly. Their shrimp soup is honestly to die for. My mom and I go here every time we come to Alexandria. It's fast, and supportive for locals.

Shrimp and avocado salad was delicious and really hit the spot, so light and fresh. Wait staff is friendly but no one checked on me after I got my food or refilled my drink. Also please note their prices just went up so the prices listed on the online menu are no longer current. I mentioned it and they said they would remind the owner to fix that.
